Every two years the International Congress of Educating Cities join Mayors, Councillors and Technicians of the Town Hall and other local Institutions, as well as Representatives of Civil Society Organizations, in a moment of dialogue, exchange and reflection.
The concept of educating city leads us to think of the city, jointly, as a place of learning, coexistence and dialogue.
In addition to a joint learning, the Congress also promotes values of democratic citizenship and thinking the city together.
